The concert on 27th September starts at 7.30pm but at 6.30pm Joseph and the Piatti will do a pre-concert talk where they will discuss their work and all ticketholders for the main event are welcome. As well as Phibbs' new work the concert will feature Haydn's Emperor string quartet; Hugo Wolf's Italian Serenade; and Dvorak's String Quartet in G major, which is generally acknowledged to be one of the most beautiful quartets.
